What She Does


As the firm manager for Balancing Act, Katy often is the first point of contact for clients. She manages the firm’s calendar, schedules appointments, and oversees the secure collection and organization of client information.

How She Supports Clients

When clients reach out, Katy listens, assesses their immediate needs, and helps guide them to the right next step by coordinating with the appropriate team members. Her role ensures clients feel heard, supported, and confident throughout the process.

Experience That Matters

Katy brings nearly 9 years of experience in accounting office management, including 8 years as the front-office manager for a medium-sized accounting firm. She also spent 20 years as a public school teacher, giving her a strong foundation in communication, organization, and problem-solving.
