Domonique works closely with Balancing Act’s CEO to manage and bring the firm’s social media presence to life. She builds the content calendar, creates client spotlights, highlights milestones, and ensures Balancing Act’s voice stays consistent, thoughtful, and authentic.

Beyond content, Domonique strengthens Balancing Act’s relationships with clients and the broader community. From partnerships with local Chambers of Commerce to nonprofit sponsorships and community events, she helps the firm show up in meaningful ways. She also leads client and referral gifting, making sure appreciation feels personal and timely.
